We offer classes that can be modified for every fitness level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

1 hour group sessions led by a qualified CrossFit coach.
7pm – 8pm
For beginners and intermediate athletes alike, this class will teach you the basics of gymnastics and help you build the strength you need to hold proper balance.
CFC Barbell Club
11am – 12pm
This club provides athletes the opportunity to continue to develop their Clean, Jerk, and Snatch. With guidance from coach Anthony, athletes will learn and utilize technique drills and progressions for training the Olympic lifts.
Bring A Buddy!
9am – 10am
12pm – 1pm
CrossFit Centereach gives back to the community every Saturday at 10am with a FREE CrossFit class. This class will involve a partner workout with simple movements to allow ALL fitness levels to enjoy! If you do not have a buddy to bring do not worry. You will be paired with one of our friendly members.
